The siding was extremely dirty and had black mold spots and green gunk everywhere. He did an amazing job. The siding is around 35 years old and now looks great. It still has a little dirty look to it but I believe that is due to the age of the siding. They were totally against pressure washing the house because of the vinyl and I am glad that I listened. He even hit all of the very had to reach places and I am very pleased with his work. His work ethics are obviously exceptional which is a factor hard to find in most contractors. I will always hire him for all of my future jobs. Well done! read less

I have never had anyone work as hard and as efficient as he did. My wife and I were most impressed with Peter and the job he did was over and above what we hired him for. Afterwards, he cleaned up all around the outside, washed off debris on the side of the house, explained everything he had done and pointed out a couple of needed repairs. I should mention that job, because of the way our house and patio roof are constructed, it took him 10 hours. During that time he took a lunch break and then went back to work. I was a bit doubtful reading the reviews but the people that wrote them were spot on. I highly recommend him and will have him back anytime I need power washing done. A fine young man who desrves all the five star ratings he has received. read less

As a retired Marine, I can assure everyone that he is very reliable, trustworthy, affable. While Peter was working I continually observed him self evaluating his work as he power washed my home, inspecting all areas that he thought might not meet his high standards of cleanliness. At the end of the job, Peter told me that if there was any part of the job I wasn't completely happy with he'd return and fix any and all problem areas at his expense. You don't meet many hard working young business men like this in today's world. So take my advice, hire this man. His prices are very reasonable compared to the work he delivers and he definitely respects the property he is working on like it's his very own. Highly qualified and recommended.
